Our AI Policy outlines how we utilize AI safely, responsibly, and transparently at The Web Advisors. We encourage the use of AI for tasks such as brainstorming, drafting, SEO, and streamlining work—but never for uploading confidential information or final code, and only through approved tools.
If AI helps with client work, a human always reviews it, and we’re upfront about its use. Everyone involved with our work, whether they are staff, contractors, or partners, follows the same rules, using company accounts and declaring when AI is involved. We also do regular check-ins and keep our approved tool list up to date so we can keep using AI in smart, secure, and creative ways.
Responsible AI Principles
- We will promote ethical innovation, minimize harm, and maintain trust.
- We will ensure transparency by informing clients when AI-generated content is used in deliverables.
- We will not input confidential or personal client information or proprietary code unless anonymized or previously approved.
- We will ensure human review before final outputs reach clients.
- We will adhere to acceptable use policies to utilize AI only for brainstorming ideas, summarizing data, analyzing trends, and non-final drafts.
- We will conduct risk assessments before adopting new tools.
- We will ensure all staff, contractors, and others using our systems or involved in client deliverables are trained on our AI usage policy.
- We will regularly review tools, discuss updates, and reinforce learning.
- We will complete quarterly compliance check-ins and review our AI policy on a semi-annual basis.
